With a red curry almond sauce.
Delicious and cheap dish from the Yunnan region in China. Red beans are pan fried with very little flour (use brown rice flour if gluten free) and chopped mint leaves.
Spinach, arugula, avocado, tahini, lemon, cumin, parsley and pepper.
Tip: try it with oven baked plantain chips.
Water, chia seeds, cacao powder, orange juice and zest, coconut oil and shreds, berries.
Ingredients: water, cashews, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, parsley and salt.
